New Chapter in Development
Korea’s first Natural Family Park (current Everland) was opened as Mountain Education Center, ushering in a new Leisure Culture in Korea. By holding events such as the Rose Festival, it established itself as place for leisure & rest for the whole nation. In 1977, the Building Management business was established and continued to lead in the domestic market as well as expanding to landscaping management business.
By opening Korea’s first family ‘natural farm’ (now Everland), we opened up a national leisure culture, while leading domestic building management businesses in the 1970s.

- 12Farm Land Amusement Park (currently Everland) opens a snow sled park
