This is a mind-training program designed to strengthen foundational resilience required for emotional labor. Program focuses on preventing work stress and effectively enhancing customer management competencies.

Participants learn how to care for themselves first to better serve customers, in an experiential training that borrows a talk show format and offers various linked experiences for a differentiated training environment.

Finding ‘self’ in healing forest: Forest Camp

Program Introduction

Forest Camp is a program where participants can heal their fatigued bodies and minds in the clean natural environment of the self-contained camp site.

Program Features

Participants can enjoy the beauty and energy of nature around four seasons. They can break away from daily routine and experience unique healing contents such as trekking with a forest commentator and forest meditation.
